B & H Job Description Job Title: RTV Warehouse Coordinator 1 Division/Department:Reports to:Approved By:Viewed By: Human Resources- NJF Last Reviewed:Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in our Returns to Vendor department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in warehouse operations, demonstrating proficiency in inventory control, professional communication, and managing special projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently coordinate warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily departmental activities including package and item processing, parts processing and ordering, and troubleshooting.
  • Generating department data reporting and providing analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Execute special projects within the warehouse as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, crafting and sending professional emails and other correspondence.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and standard office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional email correspondence.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:
  • Proficient in English Language required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience, along with relevant work experience
