Job Title: Business Analyst- Cash management & Payments - Standards & Projects
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated employee to join our global Cash Management and Payments (CMP) organization, with a specific focus on processes and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement and development of the CMP processes covering then Americas region, ensuring the industry standards are met and maintained. This role involves working closely with all Siemens businesses to initiate, implement, and support strategic initiatives aimed at standardization, harmonization, and innovation within the global CMP organization.
Mission of the Function:
Performing the governance, monitoring, enforcement of global processes for cash management in the Americas region as part of the central CMP SP team. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating business processes, identifying business needs, and developing strategies to optimize operations and drive growth. Provide project management support and be first contact person for the CFF AM to enhance and further develop the global Cash Management application finavigate. The role involves:
* Supporting International CMP Operations: Assisting the regional CMP organization in the Americas in technical, process, and organizational issues
* Initiating and Implementing Initiatives: Collaborating with the Head of CF F CMP CP and the organization to implement projects for the standardization, harmonization, and further development of CMP
* Guideline/Governance Development: Support governance-related activities regarding internal regulations (e.g., SC208) and their continuous development, with focus on the Americas region
* Requirements Evaluation and Prioritization: Collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing requirements from the CMP organization in the Americas region in coordination with the respective IT organizations
* Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement. Use data visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders.
* Process Improvement: Develop and implement solutions to optimize business processes, enhance productivity, and improve overall efficiency.
* Project Management: Work closely with local and global project managers to ensure successful implementation of projects, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources.
* Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress.
* Testing and Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of delivered solutions meets business requirements.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that could benefit the organization.
* Support the management and governance of all Siemens CMP activities and infrastructures within the Americas region in collaboration with Regional Finance Centers ('RFCs').
* Establish cash management infrastructure for new connections and innovations in the Americas, ensuring relevant training, policies, and knowledge dissemination across the regional CMP organization.
You will make an impact with the following responsible:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in finance or cash management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
* Experience with process mapping and project management software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital innovation strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* A background in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, particularly in finance or cash management.
* Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify needs, and develop solutions.
* Data-driven mindset for identifying trends, problems, and opportunities.
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
* Skills in project management (scoping, timelines, resource management).
* Ability to assist with technical, process, and organizational challenges.
* Ability to work in a global team and liaise between different departments and regions.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital innovation strategies is an advantage.
* A willingness to stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

* The pay range for this position is $79.730 - $136,680. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
