Business Analyst (Corporate/Commercial Deposits)Intro We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Corporate/Commercial Deposits to join our GWO US Operations Management team. This team is currently overseeing a large-scale change to payment processes, supporting International Banking, Global Banking and Markets, Global Operations, and Global Cash Management. This role is integral to managing and contributing to complex, multi-faceted projects and system implementations that meet the strategic transaction banking needs of various business lines. Job Details - Business Group: GWO US Operations Management - Regulatory Exposure: Federal Reserve Banks, Canada Deposit Insurance - Work Arrangement: 2-3 days in office, hybrid NY, NY - Contract Duration: ASAP to 12/01/2025 with the possibility of extension - Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday Typical Day in Role - Manage and contribute to a complex, multi-faceted project and system implementation to meet the cross-geographical strategic transaction banking needs of Global Operations. - Preparing/managing detailed action/project plans - Undertaking critical research and analysis to inform current state and best practices. - Participate in system training & develop a training program to educate Operations users - Defining a test plan & related test cases to conduct Unit Test, Integrated Systems Testing, User Acceptance Testing, - Accurately and clearly defining business requirements on behalf of Operations to concurrent workstreams - Liaising directly with users, suppliers and external regulatory bodies as required. Mandatory Skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-7 years as a Business Analyst - 3 to 6 years of experience in Transaction Products, with a solid understanding of Corporate/Commercial Deposits and back-office operational processes/interfaces - Superior technical knowledge in MS Office tools and process management software - Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Desired Skills - Certification in business analysis - Familiarity with project management principles and practices Start Date ASAP Location New York, New York, United States
