About Our Client A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services. Job Description
  • Lead the delivery of key initiatives by conducting thorough business and data analysis, along with effective change management practices.
  • Handle requirements analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements, creating process flow diagrams, developing user stories, and drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and screen mock-ups.
  • Conduct data analysis, including business and financial analysis, reconciliations, monitoring, and establishing data processes and controls to ensure data integrity. Support change management by creating user documentation, drafting communication memos, and delivering user training.
  • Provide day-to-day support for business technologies, perform ad hoc analysis as requested by management, and identify opportunities for improving business processes and enhancing technology efficiencies.
This role is based in NYC and is a hybrid-based position.   • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business and data analysis, including quality assurance tasks.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL and VBA is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Demonstrated drive, initiative, and attention to detail, with experience supporting technology system implementations or change management initiatives, and a passion for working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
