Business Analyst - Diverse Lynx : Job Details

Role: Business AnalystType: ContractContract Duration: 5 months with further extensionWork location: Remote with 20% travel to Minneapolis, MNWe are looking for an intermediateto senior Business Analyst resources with extensive experience working with clients and supporting application development as well as application maintenance. This resources will be responsible for the following:

• Must be capable of big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks.
• Resource needed to capture requirements for a Security Operations Center and package selection RFP process.
• Must be able to consult business clients talking in business terms and translate that into requirements.
• Interacting with business clients to gather their business and technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements to provide solutions satisfactory to the client, taking into account established standards and guidelines.
• Provide estimates for implementing requirements.
• Translating business requirements into User Stories.
• Understand the importance of the user experience and user interfaces.
• Design user interfaces for business application.
• Performing functional testing of application and business functions may be required periodically
• Ensure solution is viable and cohesive with existing applications.
• Liaise with developers and testers to support implementing the design.

• Experience conducting user experience workshops Min 5 Years
• Experience with web design and business application user interface design Min 5 Years

Must haves:

• 6+ years experience in BA role performing duties outlined below, and with demonstrated experience meeting points listed under Mandatory Skill Requirements section.
• Strong requirements gathering business and technical requirements and ability to translate into needs and technical specification documents etc.
• Experience working on application/systems development implementation projects.
• Experience/Ability to capture requirements for a Security Operations Center and package selection RFP process
• CBAP or other related certification/formal education strong asset.
