Business Analyst - RecruitMilitary Placement Services : Job Details

Business Analysts play varied and challenging roles. They are responsible for contributing to discrete parts of strategic sourcing initiatives as part of a team of experts delivering cost reduction targets to clients. Business Analysts will assist subject matter experts and company project leadership in executing sourcing strategies for their clients. This is both an advisory and a hands-on role, where you will advise and help clients think strategically about their spend, as well as work as an embedded procurement expert.More specifically, Business Analysts typically:- Analyze client contracts and spend- Assist team leaders in developing strategic sourcing strategies, and work with clients to execute those strategies- Work alongside our client stakeholders, helping them learn through your example as a strategic sourcing practitioner and advisor in the space- Manage supplier communications and develop relationships- Run sourcing exercises, including RFxs, reverse auctions, and so on- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, with assistance from your team leads - Continually communicate progress and synthesize results into recommendations for internal and client executive level managers- Help grow the capabilities of the company- Work alongside a team of experts in your area of practice and with other teams on large cost reduction programs for their clientsBase plus 10-30% bonus
