Business Analyst - Forward Air, Inc. : Job Details

Position: Business AnalystJob Description:Forward Air is seeking a Business Analyst to work in the IT department as part of our Forward Air LTL Systems Agile teams. This position will be responsible for Forward Air LTL portfolio of systems including Customer Portals, Customer Integration APIs and other Internal systems. The Business Analyst will be responsible for owning the overall design of assigned technical projects (custom or product strategy), as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on client business needs. This role will require strategic design and mapping of business user stories and solutions to system/technical requirements. The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating/documenting process maps and writing technical specifications for custom development or system integration. These specifications will need to be precise and clear, as the work will often be delegated to fellow team members such as developers, consultants, or used for product support/documentation.
