Position Summary

As a Business Analyst at GardaWorld, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business operations and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze data to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

* Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications.

* Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.

* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies.

* Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.

* Develop and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

* Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

* Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.

* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Over two years of experience in a business analyst role.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

* Experience with project management methodologies.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
