About the Role:

The role we are hiring for is within our clearance operations team. The Clearance team covers the trade matching process for Wealth Management Fixed income and equity trading flow. The team works closely with the business, technology, and multiple internal teams to ensure the timely clearance of trades prior to the settlement date.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related domains.
• 1-3 years of financial services industry experience; Internship experience in Financial institutions is also welcome.
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, specifically equities and options.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and flexibility
• Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently
• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and VBA is a plus.
