Business Analyst - Ascendo : Job Details

A financial institution is enhancing its commercial card product, and this role will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and executing procedures related to these improvements.Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all procedural enhancements are thoroughly documented in alignment with Commercial Card Product standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and approve procedural updates.
• Implement processes to support new commercial card product features, modules, and workflows.
• Work closely with the Commercial Card Product VP to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze data related to commercial card features and modules, providing recommendations for optimization and decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute reports/dashboards to assess key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support product management with insights.
• Lead change management training for updates to Loan Boarding & Operations procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least two years of experience in business analysis, data management, or project coordination/management.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with credit cards and/or commercial loans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams; knowledge of Visio is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Analytical mindset to assess and interpret complex information.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate challenges, identify issues, analyze causes, and implement timely solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate options and develop alternative approaches.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
