**HYBRID, 4 DAYS A WEEK IN WASHINGTON, D.C. - LOCAL TO DMV ONLY**Job Description: Business AnalystSeeking aBusiness Analystto bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of requirements. This role is critical in gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into technical requirements to support development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Gather and develop business and technical requirements by collaborating with business and development teams.Document and analyze business processes, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams to facilitate clear communication.Translate complex technical requirements into understandable business terms and vice versa.Conduct data analysis and financial reporting using Excel to support business decisions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.Strong experience in business process documentation and requirements gathering.Excellent written communication skills to effectively convey technical and business concepts.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including running financial reports and working with financial numbers.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).Ability to understand and analyze financial applications and related data.A background in finance is a plus.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
