Join us as a guest, leave as a friend. This Tampa based Business Analyst position, will report to VP of Finance, and will support both the finance and marketing functions of the business. The position requires independent critical thinking in an ever-changing environment. This team member enables leadership to make great decisions by providing accurate, reliable, and timely data, to deliver on our mission statement. This team member must be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to operate efficiently with minimal supervision.Minimum Qualifications:Fully engaged, service minded attitudeStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft TeamsStrong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferredBasic knowledge of restaurant or related hospitality industryPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Aloha Enterprise reporting preferredRestaurant team member experience preferredResponsibilities and Duties:Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing performance of the business including product sales, business trends, marketing activities, and other ad-hoc requestsMaintain and update pricing and menu item data filesAnalyze customer information and provide insights and reportingMaintain database of merchandise inventory and provide recommendations for reordersProvide operational data analytics and reporting to leadership teamGather and organize information for decision makers within the organizationProvide oversight of operational level procedures and maintaining related Excel formsDevelop and maintain on-going menu analysisUtilize math skills to analyze key dataUtilize technical skills to create charts and graphs for visual understandingProvide solutions to accounting/technical issues as they ariseInvestigate and provide feedback on accounting irregularitiesAssist with routine correspondence and day-to-day tasksDraft communications and training documentsBelieve in and follow all team standards and expectationsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not include any supervisory responsibilitiesRequired
