Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Outdoor Lighting Team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a strong background in data analytics, business process development, and workflow optimization.
• Utilize Office 365, Power BI, and data analytics systems to support business operations.
• Develop, document, and maintain business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support various projects related to Work Management Systems, Customer Information Systems, and Data Analytics Systems.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to management and cross-functional teams.
• Adapt to evolving business requirements and changing work environments.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Power BI
• Data Analytics
• Customer Information Systems
• Work Management Systems
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and Work Management Systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, oversee workflows, and drive process improvements.
• Experience in customer information and data analytics systems.
• Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Experience working in the utilities or outdoor lighting industry.
• Prior experience with large-scale business transformation projects.
