Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst Operations Manager for our Pharmaceutical client. The Business Analysis (BA) group within Customer Engagement Operations (CEOps) consists of 5 pillars: Insights & Analytics, Payer Analytics, Forecasting, & Data Enablement. The purpose is to deliver impactful data insights & analytics solutions to improve business decision-making and patient outcomes. The Business Analysis Operations Management role will think strategically and work cross-functionally to create and maintain an efficient system of operations that meets the business's needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning & management of BA meetings (Bi-Weekly BA LT Meetings, BA Lunch & Learns, BA Community Give Backs, BA LT Offsites, BA Townhalls etc.), including collaborating with BA Head and Pillar heads to identify and vet meeting locations, agenda items, record & track action items. Facilitation of live & virtual meetings as needed.
  • Creation of department or presentation materials as needed.
  • Collaboration with BA pillar heads to develop roadmap of BA key projects/priorities for tracking and management.
  • Collaboration with BA pillar heads to identify key metrics and KPIs for their individual areas and develop pillar specific scorecards as well as a summary BA summary scorecard.
  • Manage budget in accordance with departmental goals.
  • Aid with contract & invoice management w/in Ariba.
  • Potentially build BA SharePoint Site.
  • Travel arrangements/management when necessary.
  • Centralization of key department documents/materials.
  • Collaborate with training administration group and the pillar heads to create standardized training plan for each of the Business Analysis Pillars.

Education and Experience

  • Ability to clearly document key priorities & projects to inform efficient tracking & management
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-paced environment with competing tasks and deliverables
  • Ability to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines
  • Able to work independently, with minimal direction
  • Adaptability/Flexibility
  • Change Mgmt experience/skills a plus
