Job Description: Primary Tasks:
- Identify and document stakeholders, data flows, and current and future state process flows and technology.
- Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional and non-functional system requirements as input to the software application and other technology procurement and development processes.
- Develop use cases.
- Document context diagrams, data flow, functional decomposition, and other diagrams in accordance with the state's architecture standards.
- Work with Technical Writer to deliver documents and other project artifacts, and coordinate/track reviews of vendor or internal deliverables by the team.
- Provide data analysis and develop reports.
- ssist the business in working with third-party vendors and in-house developers for software product implementations or enhancements.
- Work with internal and vendor developers and testers to confirm developed functionality meets acceptance criteria.
- Participate in gap analysis and system design activities, including documentation of wireframes.
- ssist the Business in planning, preparing for, and conducting user acceptance testing, including developing test scenarios and test cases/scripts.
- Perform requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to support user acceptance testing and release determination.
- Provide project administration support to project manager(s).
- Develop surveys and perform online market research.
- ssist the Business in the identification of quantitative and qualitative benefits from new technology investments.
- ssist Project Managers in developing business cases for new EHR-related initiatives/projects.
- Develop data-gathering tools and perform analysis as requested.
- Demonstrated experience in Health Information Technology.
