Job Description: Business Analyst – Salesforce Community Cloud & SaaS Integration

Location: Hybrid in Richmond, VA

Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Health and 402k Benefits)

M-F, 8-5 ET; 40hrs/week; 1-2 days/week on site for ad-hoc meetings

Start: January, 2025

Softworld, a Kelly company is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to enhance end-user experiences by integrating Salesforce Community Cloud, Twilio, Marketing Cloud, and other SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, designing API integrations, map data flows, and oversee testing and implementation to deliver seamless 360-degree solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document requirements for Salesforce integrations and related SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams on API integrations, data mapping, and process flows.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate end-to-end solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, workflows, and technical guidelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide support during implementation and adoption phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce CC, Twilio and SaaS integrations.
• Expertise in API integrations, data mapping, and testing.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and process visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Location: Remote, with occasional onsite requirements.
