Client: Public (IBM) Job Title: Business Analyst (Veeva PromoMats) Location: Remote, IL Duration: 20 Jan 2025 - 31 Dec 2025 Pay Rate : $60/hr. on C2C (Some flex) Travel Type: Remote (no expenses) Visa: No H1 Job Requirements: Business Analyst experienced with Veeva PromoMats (this specific module, not others like CRM). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:•Design and enable client's content supply chain transformation including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content.•Extend/Enhance usage of Veeva PromoMats capabilities with client to enhance Business performance and compliance consistently across enterprise•Create and coordinate a key user community with client stakeholders as requiredSkills & Experience: For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:•Required: Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements for Veeva PromoMats•Required: Knowledge and domain capabilities to build and govern marketing material approval through the Veeva Vault platform•Required: Expertise with process design and client requirements gathering, technical documentation of understanding, digital, and marketing intelligent workflows•Subject Matter Expert and/or Key users or Super Users role expertise for Veeva PromoMats & Vaults (including relevant certifications)•In-depth understanding of Veeva Vault System Requirements and Specifications•Excellent communication skills•Business Analyst / Process SME•Quality Assurance Specialist
