Business Analyst Veeva Vault - DCM Infotech Limited : Job Details

We're looking for experienced with Veeva Promomats (this specific module, not others like CRM). Here some requirements. Please pre-screen any candidates to make sure they meet the criteria as we will be very selective with interviews.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Design and enable client's content supply chain transformation including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content.
• Extend/Enhance usage of Veeva PromoMats capabilities with client to enhance Business performance and compliance consistently across enterprise
• Create and coordinate a key user community with client stakeholders as required

Skills & Experience

For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Required: Demonstrated experience exliciting requirements for Veeva PromoMats
• Required: Knowledge and domain capabilities to build and govern marketing material approval through the Veeva Vault platform
• Required: Expertise with process design and client requirements gathering, technical documentation of understanding, digital, and marketing intelligent workflows
• Subject Matter Expert and/or Key users or Super Users role expertise for Veeva PromoMats & Vaults (including relevant certifications)
• In-depth understanding of Veeva Vault System Requirements and Specifications
• Excellent communication skills
