GENERAL FUNCTION: The Business Banking Client Manager will assist BBRMs with loan applications, CRM and iris updates, preparing and completing relationship reviews, assisting with documentation of various products and services, ensure new deposit funding, assist BBRMs with COI development, drive new solutions and cross sell by engaging partners, with a strong focus on treasury management, assist with various sales related portfolio management responsibilities, coordinate prospecting, blitz and promo activities for the RMs, ensure strong level of customer contact, and drive new ways to consistently enhance the customer experience.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
* Assist the BBRM team in providing an excellent customer experience by acting as a secondary officer on all BBRM assigned relationships
* Assist BBRMs with calling efforts, blitzes and campaigns by developing calling strategies, assisting with potential targets, and looking for new ways to add meaningful touches to clients and prospects.
* Work with BBRMs on developing COI strategies.
* Review new deposit reports to ensure deposit account funding is as expected, and if not coordinate solutions to potential problems the customer is facing.
* Review calling activity and pipeline reporting with BBRMs to ensure all current and relevant information is captured.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with the Regional Manager, Market Managers and Business Banking team to provide sales support to assist bankers in exceeding SFE and revenue goals the assigned group of BBRMs.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 1 year sales experience; minimum of 1 year managing business banking or commercial relationships preferred.
* Formalized basic credit training or equivalent credit risk experience required. Underwriting experience preferred.
* Proven ability to build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
* Strong business acumen, to include detailed analysis, review of financial statements and understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Strong knowledge of Business Banking, Treasury Management, FTPS and other business solutions.
* Thorough knowledge of Consumer solutions and needs.
* Ability to assess client needs, drivers of profitability, and corporate/personal life cycle optimizing financial solutions.
* Uses effective problem solving and analytical skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with particular emphasis on experience in face-to-face negotiations and group presentation skills.
* Champions the Bancorp vision and core-values through personal actions and leadership influence o promote high-performing work groups. Proven ability to work in a team-based sales environment.
* Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office software; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.

* Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
* Extended viewing of CRT screen.
* Frequent travel possible depending on assignment.
