Business Development Coordinator – Hedge Fund
Our client is a well-established Hedge Fund seeking a Business Development Coordinator (HYBRID) to assist in the administrative and talent aspects of the HR department. This role focuses on onboarding, sourcing, and recruiting talent to the firm. This role provides an opportunity to work with the HR department and support in an HR and administration function.
Job Duties:
Manage calendars, conference calls, book appointments and conference rooms for the HR professionals.Book travel and create itineraries for candidates, including hotel and car service.Liaise between drug and background check vendors.Post open roles to job boards.Act as point of contact between hiring managers and recruiting firms.Manage the ATS and HRIS for the division.Onboard new hires, including setting up new hire packets and creating onboarding workflows.Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with HR exposure.Ability to build relationships with vendors, clients, and brokers.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Hybrid Work Schedule.Compensation: Open
