Summary

Fast paced, boutique management consulting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Business Development. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Executive's BD calendar activity
  • Managing and responding to all communications from prospective new clients
  • Tracking all details in CRM
  • Preparing materials for Executive's BD meetings
  • Revising contracts
  • Ensuring the Executive is prepared for all meetings
  • Providing open communication throughout the day to keep the Executive apprised of any updates
  • Representing the Executive internally and externally
  • Brainstorming about new BD opportunities
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 7+ years of administrative support experience. Financial services or professional services experience preferred. Must have business development coordination experience. Must have stellar communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills in MS Office and a CRM database. Must be a team player who can also work autonomously. Must have a proven track record of having a sense of urgency and success in a fast paced environment.
