This position can be fully remote with the willingness to travel as needed to client sites. 90% of work will be remote based.
Our mining vertical is expanding in the U.S. and we are looking for the right New Business Development Sales Manager to take this vertical to new levels. If you are creative, energized and possess strong relationship building and business development skills and have knowledge of the mining or staffing industry, look no further. You'll have a dedicated recruiting team, no boundaries and full access to develop any mining client throughout the U.S.
Location: Salt Lake City, or Remote in the US.
DUTIES:
· Discover and explore business opportunities, prospecting new clients by networking and cold calling.
· Build market position by locating, developing, defining and closing new business relationships.
· Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
· Be the first point of contact for new potential clients.
· Close new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts.
· Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand awareness and loyalty.
· Works to achieve financial growth.
· Travel to client locations across the U.S. when necessary.
· Collaborate with the global mining vertical throughout Brunel to leverage international clients and contacts.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years of proven new business development sales experience. Experience within the staffing industry and/or the mining industry will set you up for success.
· Proven track record of success.
· BA in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
· Self-motivated and self-directed.
· High degree of integrity.
· Willingness to travel as needed to client locations when necessary, approximately 10%.
· Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
· Must be able to pass background check, drug screen and possess a valid driver's license.
