What You Will Enjoy DoingMain Purpose of the Job:Generate new businesses by prospecting and developing new potential customers and segments.Main Responsibilities:
- Company Presentations with Potential Customers and Industry Stakeholders
- Organize and manage resources to follow the prospects visit plan
- Contact potential customers and identify needs
- Organize meetings and plant visits
- Ensure ALPLA is well represented in fron of the customer. Has to make sure right people meet with its counterparts
- Fully understands ALPLA capabilities and footprint
- Responsible of generating meeting reports and follow up
- Develop long term relationships
- Manage and Responsible for New Requests for Quotation
- Identify customer needs by gathering all information required for each project in order to perform a complete business evaluation
- Responsible to initiate and finalize internal RFQs following the stablished process
- Responsible to submit offers on time
- Responsible to negotiate basic commercial agreements
- Prepares customized offers and presentations
- Manage the new customer until hand over is defined
- Time management to handle several projects at the same time
- Networking
- Actively participates in Rigid Plastic Packaging Industry Trade Shows
- Generate new business opportunities by building new relationships
- Support and participate in events where ALPLA is organizing
RequirementsWhat Makes You GreatEducation/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- 5-6 years related experience

- Ablility to manage more than one quotation/project at a time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to present effectively to both internal/external customers
- Ability to work independently
- High energy, self-motivated and quick thinking
- Professional office/phone etiquette and presence
