Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with 15+ years of experience to spearhead our business growth in the Networking, WiFi, and Advanced Computing & Communication (ACC) domains. Based in the Bay Area, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strategic partnerships, and expanding VVDN's footprint across the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Networking, WiFi, and ACC sectors.
- Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the US market.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, technology partners, and ecosystem players.
Sales and Revenue Growth:- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the Networking and ACC business units.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across VVDN's services and product offerings.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine solutions and offerings based on client needs and market feedback.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:- Partner with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align on client requirements and deliverables.
- Act as the voice of the customer to drive innovations and improvements in VVDN's solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts in the Bay Area region.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Networking, WiFi, or ACC domains.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of Networking and WiFi technologies, including trends, standards, and market dynamics.
- Strong network of relationships within the Bay Area tech ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
- Willingness to travel within the USA as required.
