A Business Development Representative works directly with the Course Consultant, Enterprise Course Consultant, and Customer Success Manager in their assigned region. This role is designed to help drive revenue growth by identifying key target customers, booking product demos, strategically planning for campus visits, and checking the renewal status of certain current customers. The profile of a Sales Support Consultant is someone who thrives in a team environment, is adaptable to the day-to-day needs of the region, and is a strong problem solver. The day-to-day tasks will be dynamic and change based on the sales needs of that region at that time. Sales Support will work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and customer success team to ensure revenue goals are met. This position is based in Idaho Falls, Idaho and candidate must be willing to relocate. This position is on our Higher Ed Sales team. Skills Required

- CRM updating and maintenance
- Work cross-functionally with other parts of the organization to ensure success for your region
- Help build collateral for course consultants to use for campus visits
- Develop relationships with department secretaries
- Engage with customers to ensure renewals for the next semester or quarter
