Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an entry level inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and subscription renewal processing. The BDR will focus on renewing current MediaLab customers in a timely manner that will ensure no lapse in current subscriptions. The BDR will learn MediaLab's processes to scope client needs, discover and expand new business opportunities and provide the sales team with follow-up tasks. The BDR's main role will be connecting with all current customers in their renewal window and proactively execute net upsell at renewal. A successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, and can effectively interact with a team.
