We are partnering with a prestigious financial insurance firm to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will support the adoption of modern technology and lead reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to define report and visualization requirements.Develop innovative data-driven strategies with cross-functional teams.Create clear, impactful reports and visualizations for stakeholders.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data solutions meet business needs.Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend optimizations.Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.Collaborate with IT and business leaders to align data strategies with organizational goals.Provide training and support to team members on new tools and methodologies.Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Snowflake).Strong knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communicator, able to present complex data clearly.Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.Experience transforming enterprise reporting systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.Seniority level
