You are a closer with 15+ years of experience, ideally having led complex businesses generating upwards of $10MM in revenue, with high production volume and global exposure. You are indispensable, providing sound advice to clients on a wide range of business issues and constantly reinforcing the agency's value by being one meeting ahead.
The Business Leader is future-focused, establishing and working toward a clear vision of growth for both client and agency business. You can articulate short-term and long-term strategies to achieve growth goals. Managing a portfolio, you are operationally driven and innovative in your approach to structuring and running businesses.
As the senior-most client partner, you are a strategic powerhouse with expressive creative instincts. You seek to expand the agency relationship beyond the marketing teams and help clients see the value of disruptive, innovative ideas.You promote a high-performance culture within the agency, motivating and inspiring the wider team to deliver best-in-class product and thinking. You take responsibility to recruit, mentor, and develop the talent within your business across departments.
A strategic leader who effectively manages resources and understands the importance of financial health, you keep stakeholders informed about progress toward growth and development goals. You drive and monetize TBWA's vision to be the cultural engine for 21st Century Business, able to effectively sell innovative agency offerings ranging from consulting services to products.

Location
We are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
The annual salary range for this role is $185,000 - $250,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
