Experiential is opening an exciting new client initiative focused on creating hands-on community outreach events. Our focus on team collaboration allowed us to exceed all of our expectations for 2024. In order to maintain our growth in 2023, we are looking for a customer-centric team player to joinour community outreach team.Experiential is on the lookout for a Business Management Trainee to assist with all community outreach initiatives. The Business Management Trainee will work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase our client's visibility within the surrounding community. The Business Management Trainee should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven to take on this exciting role. The Business Management Trainee will be required to complete an accelerated training program that requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.Duties of a Business Management Trainee:Constructive participation in campaign development discussionsImplementation of sales and marketing strategies through direct interactions with customersSetting and meeting targets with mentors and management staffManaging representatives and business protocolNurture new and old relationships with collaborative partnersUphold brand representation and perception according to set standards and client expectationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields is preferred but not requiredExperience of 1-3 years within marketing, sales, leadership, or outreach activitiesOutstanding written communication and presentation skillsStrong experience preparing presentationsFriendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeStrong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platformsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time#J-18808-Ljbffr
