Business ManagerFacilities Management AdministrationResponsibilities: Manages budgets and accounts, including but not limited to general fund, self-support funds, equipment replacement reserves, and personnel expenditures; monitors revenues and expenditures; monitors and provides oversight of financial and business transaction activity and tracks budget; performs financial and budgetary control analysis and projections; participates in the development of policies; advances the university and department through participation in the development and enhancement of business processes; and manages rental property and lease agreements.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least four years of experience in financial management; effective interpersonal communication skills; and strong strategic planning skills required.
