Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial transactions related to the sale of vehicles, including pricing negotiations and financing options.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention in vehicle financing and leasing processes.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle sales process from start to finish.
- Monitor and manage the dealership's compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
- Provide customers with transparent information on financing, warranties, and insurance products.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure the best financing rates for our customers.
- Train and guide sales team members on the best practices for discussing financing options with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive finance, preferably in a new franchise dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products, vehicle pricing, and leasing options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and regulatory compliance standards.
- High ethical standards of excellence.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
