We are looking for a Business Office Manager to join our team! You will be the backbone of our community and the glue that brings our office together. What you'll be doing: - Recruiting - from screening to extending offers
- Onboarding - ensure all pre-employment checks are completed while being mindful of a smooth experience for candidates and new hires
- Benefits - you're the go-to for questions about plans and enrollment
- Accounting - Process invoices, prepare resident forms and send to the corporate office. Maintain monthly billing spreadsheet and participate in A/R activities
What you bring to the table: - Associates Degree or 1-3 years of related experience in office management, including bookkeeping and human resources responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification and valid Driver's license
