Company DetailsChery Group is a US distributor of globally recognized heavy equipment and industrial products.We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.We are seeking a Business Operations Assistant to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the daily sales tasks of our auction accounts. They will work closely with our Sales Manager and our Business Analyst Supervisor to perform office duties as assigned.Job description:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales reports.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely pickups.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team: data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records.
  • Communicate with our five warehouses and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues or concerns, working closely with the sales team to address challenges.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using sales and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Python is a plus)
  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent service to customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
