A premier investment management company in NYC hiring a Business Operations Coordinator to join the expanding team. This hedge fund delivers services to clients rooted in quantitative analysis. This is a permanent position, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. Office centrally located in Midtown, this is a primary on-site opportunity 4-5 days a week. The position sits in HR but serves as a floater to the overall business operations, supporting HR, internal office operations and communications, service-oriented projects, supplies and vendor invoicing, and ad hov projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join an impressive fund and gain exposure to all departments and business units. A candidate with a Bachelor's in Business/Accounting is a major plus! The salary range for the role is commensurate with experience: $78-95,000.

salary: $79,000 - $100,000 per year

work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

+ The Business Support Associate will provide direct administrative support to the HR team and staff

+ This role oversees three key areas: human resources staff support, operations, projects

+ Staff and operations calendar to include scheduling, deadline management, reporting

+ Provide support to staff for various projects

+ Order supplies, manage vendors, manage internal staff requests

+ Set up and meeting coordination

+ Process invoices and expenses
