Business Operations ManagerLocation: Remote (US Timezone)Step into a high-impact role as the Strategy and Operations Leader, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in our newly established Business Operations Office. Your mission: drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution, craft compelling financial cases, and collaborate cross-functionally to propel our B2B diamond marketplace to new heights.What You'll Do:Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency from 0-1, providing strategic insights and recommendations direct to the COO and executive team. Lead 0-1 projects, transforming innovative ideas into actionable plans, tangible outcomes, and strategic commercial plans. You are customer obsessed and data centric, making sense of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance through this lens.
