JOB SUMMARY FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

• Hiring a Business Operations Specialist for a leading manufacturer in Morton, IL
• 8am-4:30pm (5 days in office)
• $32-35/hour based on benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

• Analyze the GTS audit report
• Identify and fix any discrepancies
• Develop and maintain processes to investigate the audit
• Identify issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
• Write Business requirements
• Develop test conditions
• Execute BIT scripts
• Communicate with Stakeholders and Leaders

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in business management, economics, finance, or accounting
• 5-7 years of experience required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

• Compliance and classification experience, preferably with SAP GTS.
• SQL and report writing, preferably with PowerBI.
• Data warehouse usage and understanding, preferably with Snowflake.
• Root Cause Corrective Action using structured methodologies like 6 Sigma or LEAN.
• Experience in gathering and defining business requirements.
• Writing functional requirement documents for IT.
