We are looking for a Business Operation Analyst in our B2B care product line from the service aspect, specifically for visual displays and large format displays. The role involves day-to-day performance review of our vendors and escalation management.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day performance review of vendors.Escalation management.Tracking and analyzing data to drive operational results and process improvements.Handling Voice of Customer (VOC) escalations on a day-to-day basis.Supporting project managers in various operational initiatives.Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bilingual preferred, but open to the right candidate who fits the role.Team player with the ability to work closely with team members and subject matter experts.Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and improve processes.Self-learning attitude with a drive to deliver results.Preferred Background:
Five years of administrative and project management experience.Experience in business operations, preferably in the electronics industry like Samsung.Experience in service-related operations rather than just contact center operations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Top Three Must-Have Skills:

- The role is more operations-driven rather than project management-driven, but experience in supporting project managers is a plus.
- The role involves handling escalations such as coordinating with logistics for product exchanges and educating customers about service solutions.
- The position is for 12 months with a high potential for extension based on performance.
- The interview process involves one interview with the hiring manager and a colleague.
