Position: Business Process and Change AnalystSalary: $54.93Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)Duration: 12 MonthsResponsibilities:
  • Work cross-functionally with IT business and Go-to-Market partners at all levels to drive organizational change, change management, and business user testing.
  • Coach and mentor functional change agents and managers leading the people side of change to execute project-specific change strategies, change management, and training plans.
  • Coordinate, review, and assist in the delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers.
  • Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and/or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support.
  • Lead and perform business user acceptance testing from pre-planning through to execution and launch.
  • Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes.Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
