About the Role:Business Processes Principal Consultant (HANA Platform CoE) – Customer Services and Delivery, Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE)

The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) ensures optimal performance, availability, and smooth operation of SAP software as well as optimizing technical and business processes by delivering standard services to SAP customers.

As a technical expert in the CoE, you will analyze SAP solutions for our North American customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers, project leads, and executives.

Tasks and Expectations:

• Act as a senior advisor to the customer's CIO / IT department with a strong technology- / operations focus.
• Understand the as-is situation and goals of a customer holistically and translate it into an adequate technology roadmap design.
• Drive knowledge management and innovation activities with customers.
• Collaborate and co-innovate with the respective SAP development teams.
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronics & Electrical, or other engineering fields)
• 5 years in a relevant position at SAP
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
• Strong computer science fundamental skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Willing to travel to SAP customers in North America.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Database Architecture and Administration with a focus on SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud

• Architecture and Infrastructure Design and Realization
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis on SAP HANA
• Database administration and maintenance
• High Availability and Disaster Recovery
• Migration to SAP HANA Cloud
• Technical Performance Monitoring and Tuning

Compensation Range Transparency: The targeted combined range for this position is 119,300 - 251,900 USD.
