Insight Global is looking for a Business Solution Architect for a client in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be local to Arizona!

Business Solution Architect

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040 - Hybrid - onsite 3-4 times a month after initial onsite training

Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire

Pay Range: $45/hr - $52/hr

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience managing medium to large technical solution implementations
• Experience supporting HR/TA/Onboarding processes and infrastructure
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and strategy and can align solutions to them
• HRIS implementation project experience - ideally with SuccessFactors or SAP
• Manages major projects and small/minor programs
• Experience with Microsoft Online (O365/M365) environment
• Experience working in Agile project management methodology
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to identify, analyze and gather solution requirements
• Experience analyzing business processes and using requirements to develop common data models
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation
• Experience with Visio and project management software (MS Project, Planner, DevOps)

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Solution Architect I to sit local to AZ (will go onsite). Provide project management functions for application delivery and serve as a liaison with the business to define requirements and translate them into system solutions. Analyze existing and/or proposed systems, implement, integrate, monitor, and optimize appropriate processes and systems to support business operations, corporate objectives, and initiatives. Identify opportunities in the following areas: information systems, business process redesign, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with global business areas to define business technology requirements and evaluate available and/or custom system solution options

• Work with the custom, packaged, business intelligence, and operations platform teams on building and executing business systems project plans and support

• Ensure system analysis designs and process maps are documented and communicated with Business Executives and Senior Management
