Our Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) facility in Clayton, NC is a 457,000 square foot aseptic fill and finish site that is responsible for producing innovative, injectable diabetes and obesity treatments. The Position
Performs administrative, clerical & process support. Assists the Director &/or department leadership team in document controlling, scheduling, meeting logistics, social activities, travel coordination, presentation development, onboarding & KPI tracking. This position will work alongside the Business Support Director & require a high level of confidentiality.

Essential Functions
Own/lead projects as assigned under direction of Business Support DirectorOversight of project flow process, through origination to completion within the defined scope, cost & time constraintsOwn calendar, manage schedule, anticipate needs & effectively manage director's time, while meeting the needs of the customerMaintain & create reports/department metrics using Excel & PowerPoint, SharePoint, TeamsResponsible for process to update business support targets & presentation of status to department managementAbility to plan, design & execute both moderate to meetings/off-site events, as well as virtual meetings & eventsCreate, design &/or edit presentations for meetings & eventsPlan all internal meetings & events for the department; manage the agenda, logistics, presentations, coordinate output & actions, catering & off-site dinnersPrepare & submit expense reports on behalf of BS management in compliance with NNPILP policiesManage & coordinate complex travel arrangements & itineraries while ensuring flights, accommodations, ground &/or rental transportation are reservedSupport the Business Support team with tasks & social activities as neededSupport New Hire Onboarding activities for newly hired Business Support employees, to include contingent workers: ensuring initials have been assigned to support system access requests, set-up of workspace (desk, phone, required IT equipment), welcoming new employee/contingent worker & other related support as neededOrder & maintain supplies needed to support the IFP Business Support departmentSet up & maintain 5S standards for documentation, admin & storage areasSupport Business Support projects through data collection & analysis & translate into visual dashboardsSupport internal NN media campaigns related to Business SupportSuggests & implements process improvement & standardization updatesExercise excellent communication skills to represent the departmentPerform a wide range of administrative duties confidential in naturePartner & collaborate closely with local colleaguesFollow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of dutiesChampion the Novo Nordisk WayOther accountabilities, as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education & experience requiredMinimum of four (4) years of experience in an administrative field, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment preferredAbility to problem solve & navigate complex assignments preferredStrong knowledge & experience using Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook requiredPharmaceutical experience a plus a plusDemonstrates excellent organizational & planning skills with a high level of attention to detail required
