Description
Essential functions and responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance and assistance in creating, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of business systems, including SAP, Power BI, and other online business platforms.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, usability, and availability of information across business processes and systems.
• Demonstrate awareness in developing systems, perform detailed testing, produce reports and develop new system processes beneficial.
• Proficient in SAP, Power BI, website administration, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Maintain a high-level relationship with management team, systems users and global partners.
• Conduct training sessions as needed to enhance system proficiency among users.
• Work directly with other departments and global partners to implement efficient processes.
• Document project progress in Wrike
• Address system challenges promptly, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions.

Requirements
• College graduate or completed applicable post-secondary coursework; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of educational prerequisites
• 3+ years SAP experience demonstrating strong technical understanding of system functionality
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and strong technical skills in an ERP environment.
Qualifications desired:
• Experience with Power BI and/or other related business systems.
• Prior experience training, guiding and supporting team members.
• Successful work experience in roles where data analysis is a key component.
