OverviewThis is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. If located in the Phoenix, AZ area, the position would be a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group. Responsibilities
- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
- Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes, and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis.
- Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
- System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations SupportRequired Core Competencies:
- Advanced data analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced organizational skills
- Ability to be detail oriented
- Experience with reporting tools highly preferred
If hired in Arizona, the base pay for this position is generally between $121,705 and $164,659. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $132,755 and $179,609. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
