In this role, you will be responsible for documenting and implementing business processes, defining and tracking key metrics, reducing user friction, integrating various systems to improve workflows, and supporting the development and growth of our data dictionary and enterprise data model. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of information systems integrations and business operations, with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement across our technology landscape. We estimate that 70%-80% of the role will be focused on our Go To Market systems, primarily Salesforce & HubSpot.What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. At least Salesforce Administrator Certified, HubSpot Marketing certified.2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, system administration, or systems integration.Experience working with Go-To-Market systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of systems integration, process mapping, and enterprise architecture.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation, particularly in environments with multiple integrated systems.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, system configurations, and integration specifications.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and asynchronously with stakeholders in other timezones.Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.Familiarity with data governance principles and practices, with a focus on maintaining data integrity across integrated platforms.BenefitsAt Genesis, we recognize that taking care means looking after the whole self, both at and away from the office.
