MUSTS:
- 1+ years as one of these: scrum master, product owner, data analyst, technical business analyst or business systems analyst
- Knowledgeable of Software development lifecycle
- Works within Agile delivery team and knows scrum
- Has worked with product owner and an in-house dev team
- Bachelor's degree

- Has been exposed to testing of software
- Must have worked on modern web based tech stack & in a modern environment
- Experience gathering requirements from difficult non technical stakeholders- experience taking vague requirements and drilling into those requirements to build out systems specifications based on their knowledge of database and tech stack
- Must have worked with software engineers directly
- Articulate how data moves and flows
- SQL- knows basic querying – selects, joins, etc.
- Can read code/knows how code works (doesn't have to write code)
- Support production issues by taking tickets through jira or any other agile planning tools
- Solutioning requirements into plans that engineers can build off of
- Excels in working across multiple stakeholder groups to translate goals and objectives into delivery strategies and system specifications

We're looking for a highly skilled, proficient problem-solver who will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and users to translate business requests into specifications that assist the design, development, and testing of a complex software application.
- The Business Systems Analyst analyzes user's requirements and high-level system architectures to develop system requirement specifications
- The position is responsible for collaborating with business and product teams to capture and translate requests into system specifications in the form of user stories, epics, and development tasks
- Participates in the software development lifecycle – working alongside software engineers to ensure the software solution meets business goals and objectives
- Acts as a liaison between other project and program areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues
- Facilitating the complex process of understanding business needs and establishing an understanding of how technology solutions may meet those needs
