Cleveland, OH and Dallas, TX are also acceptable locations. CGI is looking to hire a skilled and analytical Business Systems Analyst to support our client in the financial services sector. This role focuses on the enhancement and support of core business systems that drive banking operations. The ideal candidate has a solid background in banking and financial services, with specific experience in payments systems as a strong advantage. Your future duties and responsibilities: •Creating and editing user stories in an agile software development environment to specify desired features, customer needs, and development/research needs. •Consulting with the Product Owner on project specifications and requirements •Consulting with developers regarding User Stories •Collaboration with User Experience Designer regarding user interfaces. •Capability to execute and demonstrate software to others at all levels, especially stakeholders. •Working on data mapping needs for features •Database queries •Working with Web Applications Required qualifications to be successful in this role: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field •At least 2 years of experience in banking within the payment space. •Minimum 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience •Experience with Agile software development and the SCRUM process •Experience writing and collaborating on user stories with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders. •Ability to understand the big picture of problem / solution then break down into smaller pieces to engage technical team members. •Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. •Ability to lead and facilitate meetings •Ability to work with web interfaces across a variety of platforms •Attention to detail, ability to document research findings •Ability to work independently investigating issues •Strong communication skills involving technical issues with both technical team members and technical and non-technical stakeholders •Jira and / or Confluence experience, or experience with similar tools •Experience in banking/finance industry a plus •Some ability with SQL •Experience as a customer / user of a banking or wealth web application is a plus #LI-KW1 CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $ $67,800 - $165,200.
