THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE - THIS POSITION IS 2 DAYS A WEEK - ONSITE IN PITTSBURGH, PA

Must Haves:

• More than 7 years of experience in information technology, including business analysis, system administration, and support.
• Experienced with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Knowledgeable in cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift).
• Skilled in using diagram tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw.io).
• Experienced in data modeling, database design, and data management strategies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design documents
• Deep troubleshooting experience
• Understanding of SaaS technology
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or an equivalent combination of education

Day to Day:

• Propose technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Design and review systems, considering architecture, risks, costs, and business impact.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
• Onboard and implement new applications as needed.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality assurance.
• Streamline processes and optimize workflows using automation platforms.
• Support data security measures.
• Manage risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues.
• Use SQL and data warehousing for data-driven decisions and reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and lead medium-sized projects.
• Resolve high-severity support issues and ensure system reliability.
• Analyze system performance for optimization.
• Maintain documentation like architecture diagrams and roadmaps.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt system designs.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing system designs that align with the client's objectives. Additionally, the Architect uses their expertise to guide leadership on the pros and cons of various design strategies, ensuring the optimal solution is selected. Beyond design and planning, this role involves executing complex tasks related to system integrations, configurations, and data management on large-scale projects, as well as providing support for issues impacting the client's enterprise systems
