Business Systems Consultant are required to take ownership of tickets and exercise a broad range of technical and problem-solving skills, investigating, researching, troubleshooting, escalating and/or resolving incidents in an efficient manner.
75% incident management/resolution 25% business system configuration & testing
IT help desk technician
Incident Management & legal case management systems
Mitratechs team connect (system tool)
Defines, contributes and/or coordinates the development and approval of the test plan, approach and scripts
Executes and/or coordinates the implementation of the test plan, approach and scripts
Documents, monitors and coordinates resolution of test issues per established processes
Serves as a resource related to multiple system applications or business processes
System support resolution
Gathering requirements
Incident resolution as tickets come in, they're assigned out & worked
Configuration to system changes, data elements
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Ticket resolution and troubleshooting
Investigation, research, and analysis
Incident management
Business system configuration and system testing
Knowledge/experience with BMC Helix
