Learn more at irco.com and join us to own your future.Job Overview: This position will play a vital role in ensuring the success of key transformational technology deployments planned across our digital technology landscape, with primary focus being on the Americas (ITSA) business segment. Focused on sales, service and other customer experience functions, this individual will be responsible for the delivery and overall management of technology related projects related to the Salesforce platform and other related business technology applications. This role will directly impact business results by managing and overseeing the successful and timely execution of inter-related projects and initiatives therefore realizing the business case drivers for the overall business technology program. This position will be deeply involved in working with business leadership, key business users, business technology team members and system implementation vendors to ensure project requirements and scope are well documented and communicated to all stakeholders, timelines are set to achieve desired outcomes and overall project execution remains within scope and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of agile methodologies, SCRUM processes, and managing cross-functional work teams along with possessing a high aptitude for understanding business technology applications, primarily the Salesforce platform, along with a high capacity to learn new skills.Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management leadership to technology deployments around Salesforce and/or other business technology applications
  • Partner with business leadership, business technology team, Systems Implementation (SI) vendors and IT team members to ensure successful deployment
  • Setting project goals and defining plans to meet those goals
  • Develop project timeline and scope is in line with the business case definition
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
  • Managing resources for projects, both internal and external to the company
  • Leading project SCRUM or other agile related processes
  • Oversee change management
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Managing development and delivery of projects on schedule and within budget
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conducting risk assessments for projects
  • Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years project management experience in IT related field required
  • Experience working with Agile Deployments required
  • Salesforce CRM experience required

Preferences:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Experience utilizing SCRUM framework preferred
  • Located in Central or Eastern Time zone is preferred

Travel and Work Arrangements/Requirements:

  • Remote work with a preference of commutable to Quincy, IL or Davidson, NC.

The pay range for this role is $90,000-$130,000 excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
