The Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Account Executive will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong client relationships for both companies by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions from two innovative companies that specialize in precision spraying solutions and advanced polishing and finishing solutions. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and providing tailored solutions that align with clients' operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, prospect, and establish new business relationships within target industries to grow the client base for both companies. Account Management: Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling related products and services. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by both Quality Spraying Technologies and A & H Duffy Polishing and Finishing to provide consultative sales solutions. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales plans for new and existing clients, with a focus on long-term partnerships. Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements and close deals that meet the revenue goals. Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to strategically position our offerings. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, including pipeline management, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management review.
